Birthday!

My birthday was last weekend, on Groundhog Day! Just another year, no milestones, nothing fancy. My husband and son took me to dinner on Saturday at Malibu Grill (Cross off part of a resolution!!), and it was pretty good! They then treated me to a sea salt caramel and pistachio macaroon from Blu Boy!

On Sunday, we went to breakfast with some friends, and then got more baked goods from the newer Rainbow Bakery in town! Again, pretty good! Enjoy a LOT of photos from those adventures :)

 

Started the meal with some sweet potato fries! DELICIOUS.

 

Noah and Batman enjoyed them, as well.

 

Lime Chicken Fettucine was gooood. Kevin had a mahi mahi sandwich.

 

I can always be swayed to eat more bread...

 

Noah put a lot of thought into his lunch that day.

No photos from breakfast on my actual bday, but these little jammies and tarts were delicious!

 

Rainbow Bakery donuts... The guy wrapped them poorly, so we lost most of the salted caramel icing.

 

The donut on the right is a maple donut. I made the mistake of leaving them out, so they got stale :(

I feel like I can't be an accurate judge of them, so I guess I'll have to try them again.
